These Terms set out the rules for using the Out of Coffee website, buying products, making payments, receiving deliveries, managing account features and resolving order issues.

Use of the website
These terms apply when you use the Out of Coffee website, create an account, place an order, submit a form, interact with store content or purchase products from us.
You must use the website lawfully, provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and review all order details before final checkout.
Products, product information and expectations
Out of Coffee sells roasted coffee and related product information. Product descriptions, flavour notes, brew guidance, SCA grading references, roast profile notes and suitability markers are provided to help customers choose more clearly.
Taste experience can vary by equipment, grinder, recipe, water, storage, brew method and personal preference. We do not add artificial flavouring to make coffee taste like tasting notes.
Pricing, VAT and availability
Prices are displayed in South African Rand. Out of Coffee is VAT registered under VAT number/reference 4560309959. Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices are intended to be VAT-inclusive.
Delivery charges, discounts, coupon values, available stock, bag sizes and product availability may change and should be confirmed at checkout before payment.
Orders and checkout
Before placing an order, the checkout should allow you to review your cart, customer details, delivery details, available shipping method, charges and payment information. You are responsible for correcting mistakes before submitting the order.
An order is accepted only when the store confirms it or starts processing it. If a product is unavailable or an error affects the order, we may contact you, cancel affected items, offer a replacement or refund where required.
Payment and saved payment methods
Payments are handled through the configured payment gateway. Out of Coffee does not intend to store full card details on its own systems.
If saved or tokenized payment methods are enabled, customers must be given clear notice and choice before a payment method is saved. Saved-payment terms will apply only where that feature is available in the checkout/payment flow.
Delivery and dispatch
We currently deliver within South Africa only. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after order confirmation/payment confirmation unless a different estimate is shown before checkout.
Delivery zones, available shipping methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping over R1,250 applies only to eligible South African delivery areas where Bob Go Standard shipping is R250 or less. Remote, outlying, high-cost, restricted-access or special-risk areas may show paid courier rates. Local pickup is available from Mall Mews, 55 Mountain Mill Dr, Hospital Hill, Worcester where offered at checkout. Tracking details should be provided when available after dispatch.
Returns, refunds and consumer rights
Returns and refunds are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy, together with non-waivable consumer rights under South African law.
Because roasted coffee is a consumable product, Out of Coffee does not accept change-of-mind or buyer-remorse returns or refunds for roasted coffee. This does not remove rights for defective, unsafe, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods.
Future subscriptions
Subscription coffee orders are only governed by subscription-specific terms once the product, billing frequency, cut-off periods, cancellation rules and recurring payment acknowledgements are shown clearly in the purchase flow.
Specific subscription terms must be presented before customers commit to recurring billing.
Accounts, reviews and promotions
Customers may create accounts where account functionality is available. Account users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for keeping delivery and contact details current.
Promotions, coupons, bundles or discounts may have additional conditions, stock limits, expiry dates or exclusions. Reviews or user content must be lawful, accurate to the user experience and not misleading, abusive or infringing.
Privacy, cookies and marketing
Use of the website is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies and direct marketing should be controlled by consent tools and unsubscribe routes where required.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights for unsafe, defective or materially misdescribed goods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Out of Coffee is not responsible for indirect loss, incorrect information supplied by the customer, misuse of products, unsuitable brewing equipment, third-party service interruptions or events outside reasonable control.
Law, updates and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We may update them when the website, products, store systems, payment/shipping tools or legal requirements change.
