Guatemala SHB is a regional blend from eight growing regions — Antigua, Acatenango, Atitlán, Cobán, Huehuetenango, Fraijanes, San Marcos and Nuevo Oriente — fully washed and roasted in small batches. Grown at 1200+ metres from Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra and Typica and harvested November to April, it cups with chocolate and fruit and a clean cup.
