FAQ

Clear answers before you buy.

No gatekeeping, no vague coffee theatre. Practical answers for better choices.

Is fresh-roasted coffee always better?

No. Very fresh coffee can be unstable and difficult to extract. Many coffees taste better after an appropriate ageing window.

What is Easy Drinking?

Rounded profiles such as chocolate, nuts, caramel and lower perceived acidity.

What is Explorer?

More complex lots that may show fruit, florals, wine-like acidity or unusual processing character.

Which coffee should I buy for an automatic machine?

Start with Easy Drinking coffees. Many delicate Explorer notes are lost or distorted in automatic machines.

Can roasted coffee be frozen?

Yes. Freeze after coffee reaches the right window, seal well and avoid repeated thawing.

Are all coffees speciality grade?

The range is built around SCA 80+ speciality coffees, with decaf handled transparently.

When will pricing be final?

Final pricing and availability will be added before full public selling begins.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Cafes, restaurants and offices can request samples on the Wholesale page.
